A private room with internet wireless .The house is located in the historical neighbourhood of Santa Teresa, with lots of green around, very peacefull place, with swimming pool, fantastic panoramic view, balcony.
Facilities include : housekeeper for washing your cloths and cleaning your room.You may use the kitchen to prepare your meals.
Other young guests in the house, people of good level, social and cultural, students or young professionals.
I can also provide you portuguese course for beginners or conversation course for advanced level. (ask for more informations on this subject if you want)
A vailability: from February, 01 until 28th or in March, after carnival week.
Booking deposit: We request 50% advanced booking deposit for now (R$ 500) by Moneygram and the other 50% (R$ 500) to be paid at the date of your arrival.
After you confirm your interest, then I can send you our personal details and instructions for the deposit .
