Student penthouse located in Catete in a very nice street with loads of bars, hostel, near the metro, supermarkets, Flamengo Park and Lapa.
The location is pretty good for who will be studying at UFRJ-Praia Vermelha, IBMEC, FGV and ESPM, but still work well for who will be at PUC.
For while is living at the apartment two brazilians, two french and one chileno guy.
The room which is available has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and ceiling fan.
The rent per month is R$1.400, 00 + R$60, 00 of expenses.
