WONDERFULL ROOM FOR RENT

I’m looking for someone nice and honest, student or with a job, to share a 2 bedrooms apartment in Copacabana with a wonderfull view of the sea
The bedroom I’m renting is private, with a lot of space, a kingsize bed, a closet, an extra single mattress and the most important thing, a fresh breeze from the Atlantic ocean -
My roommate must be clean (no drugs, smoking or drinking problems ), good character and have referencies
I’m a very quiet and peaceful young man, I have journalism graduation and I’m a ballroom dance teacher (I also work as a model) and my colleague must not have any sexual or colour prejudice
The building is well located, in Avenida Nossa Senhora de Copacabana, near the metro station, and the area is also surrounded by several 24 restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store and supermarket (they’re always open) . There’s also internet connection.
I ask for a 2 month deposit (the contract will be for 2 months at least)
