A casa e espacosa antiga, com um pe direito bem alto e chao de madeira; Tem Internet Wi-fi, uma area externa e bela vista da cidade.
O acesso e tranquilo para qualquer lugar da cidade, seja de onibus, trem, ou metro. Ha um ponto de onibus bem em frente a casa, e outro na rua abaixo, a Riachuelo.
Pela vizinhanca, e possivel comprar tudo o que for possivel, por um preço razoavel, diferente de muitos outros bairros do Rio.
Se quiser, posso botar voce em contato com pessoas que ja alugaram quartos aqui, e assim ter uma opiniao.

I'm a Graphic Designer. I work at home and travel often.
I enjoy cooking, reading and painting.
I speak English well, and used to be a tour guide in California, so I'm pretty comfortable giving information, clues and tips about how to get around Rio safe and happy.
The house has a lot of space, and a great view of the Old Rio Downtown. Its a 18th century home, with a tall ceiling, wooden floor and an outdoor area. It has wifi and loundry.
The access to any part of the city, from the house, is easy, by bus, subway or train. There's a bus stop right across the house, and another one one block down, at Riachuelo street, with buses heading to everywhere.
The neighborhood and surroundings are traditional area of the Carnaval street blocks scene; you can walk down or up to the best parades, and, the Sambodromo is right next door.
Around the area, is possible to buy not only food, but anything you need, for a fair price, unlikely many other parts of town.
I can also put you in touch with people who have rented here before, so you get a review.
