Focus and Relax - Zona Sul ;

Hi Guys!
I have one room in a three room big apartment in Jardim Botânico with a double pocket springs bed and visco pillow top.
The apartment is extremely well located in the Rua Jardim Botânico. It's near by charming Bars, Restaurants, the Parque Lage (great breakfasts) and the Lagoon (Great place to exercise) .
Being set back from the road, the building is quite of a family building with no noise or city disturbance. You can actually wake up with the sound of birds..
Facilities include: laundry, furnished apartment, made once a week, Internet 10MB, Cable TV with all movies and series channels, work and study space, and a zen futon area to relax. They are all available for use.
I consider it a great location, since it is very quiet without noise and very near by to where things are going on (Gávea, Ipanema, Leblon and Botafogo) . Great place to relax and at the same time go out and have fun.
It's right next to bus stations for both ways, downtown or Leblon.
Leblon: 10 Minutess by bike or bus
Botafogo: 10 Minutes by bike or bus
Gávea: 7 minutes by bike or bus

De volta ao AirBnb! Ótima Localização, apartamento espaçoso e anfitrião tranquilo.
Alugo um quarto em um apartamento grande de 3 dormitórios com cama de casal molas ensacadas e pillow top de visco elástico.
O apartamento é extremamente bem localizado na Rua Jardim Botânico em frente ao parque lage e ao lado do clube militar.
Ele fica próximo de bares charmosos, restaurantes, parque lage e a lagoa. O prédio é ótimo, bem estruturado, relativamente familiar sem barulho ou perturbações de trânsito da cidade.
Facilidades incluem: Lavanderia, móveis, empregada uma vez por semana, internet rápida de 10MB, TV a cabo Digital com todos canais de filmes e séries, mesa para trabalho e estudos e uma zona zen para relaxar. Todos disponíveis para uso.
Eu considero a localização ótima, pois é super tranquila sem barulho e muito perto de onde o buchicho acontece (Gávea, Leblon, Ipanema e Botafogo) . Ótimo lugar para relaxar e ao mesmo tempo sair e se divertir.
